Alan graduated from Oregon State with a Bachelors degree in Agronomic Crop Science. He began working in lawn care shortly after graduation, and has over 30 years of experience in the Northern Virginia lawn care industry. Alan is an avid outdoorsman who has volunteered with a local boy’s camping program since graduation from college. Alan and Christine have been married since 1984, and together have four children.
Chris is the glue that holds the office together. Her passion for Weed Man is with customer service. She brings her experience from the Office of the Secretary of Department of Interior and her previous part-time work with other small businesses. Alan and Chris have been married since 1984. They have 3 sons living in Virginia, and one daughter in Heaven. Chris enjoys working with the little ones in her preschool class at church.
The oldest of the Musselman sons, Paul has worked his way up through Weed Man. He began as a door knocker going door to door. When he turned 18 Paul became a Registered Pesticide Applicator and worked alongside his Dad to bring healthy, lush lawns to our homeowners. Paul now manages Weed Man’s marketing and helping to keep our technology running smoothly. Check out our Facebook page along with our website and you will see some of his handiwork. Paul is happily married to wife Kristina and they have 2 beautiful girls.
David is the second of the Musselman sons. He started as a door knocker when he turned 16, David completed his requirements for Registered Pesticide Applicator before leaving to finish his business degree at Virginia Tech. David has an appreciation for the importance of customer service. He will always go the extra mile give our customers the attention needed to answer their questions. David enjoys being outdoors hiking, camping, and tomahawk throwing. He received his Wilderness Achievement in Royal Rangers, encouraging young boys/men to challenge themselves and see what they too could accomplish.
When Neal relocated to Prince William County, he came from another Weed Man franchise and joined Weed Man PrinceWilliam. As a registered tech, Neal is well versed in turf knowledge and always has time to share that knowledge with his customers. Since joining us in March 2015, Neal’s experience and attitude of job excellence has brought great customer service to our homeowners. When he can get away, Neal enjoys scuba diving in the warm Florida waters.
Tim has been servicing customers at Weed Man PrinceWilliam since joining us in April 2017. Having worked in the Green Industry for nearly 16 years, Tim uses this experience along with his training to help his customers get the best lawn possible. We congratulate Tim for recently completing his Tree and Shrub Certification to go along with his Lawn Certification. In his spare time, Tim enjoys photography and playing racquetball at a local fitness club.
Diane is the newest addition to our Weed Man team. With extensive experience in Customer Service, Diane will answer your questions or concerns professionally and courteously with an infectious smile. In her spare time Diane likes tending gardens, spending time with family, and her constant companion Penny the dog.
